The facility encompasses over 215,000 square feet at a total project cost of $15 million. Additions provided prefunction space at both the north and south sides of the building, restrooms, and new accommodations for administration and staff.

Renovations include a major update and reconfiguration of the Bosque Theater, new meeting spaces, full service kitchen, restrooms, escalators, service elevators, and general updates to all public spaces.

Exterior aesthetics are signature improvements where sweeping elevations of glass, masonry, and metal panel give a modern, inviting and inspiring appeal.
