Mr. Dudley graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree in 1979, did graduate work in architecture at Texas Tech University during the following year, and has practiced his chosen profession continuously since that time, first in Dallas and then in Waco. Mr. Dudley became a registered architect in 1993. Mr. Dudley has held the office of president in the local AIA chapter on three occasions and has served on the Texas Society of Architect's Associate Development Committee as well as other Boards and Committees for various entities. He is a past member of Waco Optimist Club and he is a member First Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Wright earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1993 and became registered as an architect in the state of Texas in 1999. Mr. Wright joined RBDR, PLLC in 1997. As project architect, he works in both project management and technical production capacities for the firm. His project management experience ranges from programming and project concept development through construction documentation and administration. He has worked on a variety of projects including small private enterprise jobs and large federal government contracts. Mr. Wright is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects and has served as president and newsletter editor/publisher of the local Waco AIA Chapter and Waco Chapter TSA Director. David most recently became a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) in order to better serve our clients that desire LEED certified facilities.

Ms. Hookham graduated in 1995 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She joined RBDR, PLLC in 1999. She is a registered architect in Texas and Iowa and is N.C.A.R.B. certified. Her roles in the firm include project architect and project manager. She is proficient in AutoCad and Cadvance. Ms. Hookham's experience includes college and university facilities, primary and secondary education buildings, medical clinics and health care facilities, office buildings and corporate work. Ms. Hookham is a Member of the American Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects, and has served as Chapter President of the local Waco AIA Chapter. Bernadette most recently became a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) in order to better serve our clients that desire LEED certified facilities.
