The Science Building on McLennan Community College's campus anchors the quadrangle of the existing health and science buildings. Its strong form derives from its efficient footprint.

The laboratories, centralized within the rectangular mass at the heart of the building, rise five stories. The human‐scaled entry with plaza and fountains take advantage of moderate weather days.

The Science Building was awarded LEED Gold certification.
