This project is part of the ever changing landscape just off I–35 and adjacent to downtown Waco.

Designed as a mix of contemporary style and urban life, all of the units face the street to give access to restaurants as well as a short walk to Baylor University's Campus. The project includes duplexes with private garages to multi‐family units with many outdoor amenities.
